If the ductwork needs work, we lay out repair or modification options right alongside the equipment plan.
Choosing equipment means weighing efficiency, capacity and budget together. Higher-efficiency units cost more to buy but save money over the years, and we walk through those tradeoffs honestly instead of steering you toward the cheapest or priciest option by default. Matching the indoor coil, outdoor condenser and furnace or air handler to one another also affects both performance and warranty coverage, so we build with compatible components rather than mixing mismatched brands or model lines.
On installation day, we level and secure the equipment, connect and seal all ductwork, wire everything to code, and commission the system to the manufacturer's exact refrigerant charge and airflow specs. Before we call it finished, we test heating and cooling at the thermostat and check airflow at multiple vents around the house to confirm even distribution.
